Refund & Return Policy

At Dressa Collections, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction across our fashion shop, training hub, and marketplace. This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.

  1. Fashion Shop (Direct Purchases)
  • Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items are final sale unless defective.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock availability.
  1. Marketplace (Vendor Sales)
  • Each vendor manages their own refund and return policy.
  • Customers: Please check the vendor’s policy before purchasing. If an issue arises, contact the vendor directly.
  • Dispute Resolution: If you cannot resolve the issue with the vendor, you may contact us. We may assist in mediation but do not guarantee refunds for third-party vendor products.
  1. Training Hub (Courses & Workshops)
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your course registration up to 15 days before the start date for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the course start may receive a partial refund or credit toward future courses (as outlined per course).
  • Non-Refundable: Once a course has started, fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Dressa Collections.
  • Provider Cancellations: If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
  1. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
